Rules for using an education-first crypto market simulator.

These terms govern access to XORQBEST, including paper trading tools, watchlists, alerts, review workflows, and related learning content.

1. Service scope

XORQBEST provides a non-custodial, educational environment for simulated market observation and training. The service does not execute orders, hold assets, process deposits, process withdrawals, or provide wallet functionality.

2. Eligibility and use

You may use XORQBEST only for lawful, personal, educational, or internal evaluation purposes. You must not misuse the service to impersonate regulated financial activity, reverse engineer security controls, or interfere with normal platform operation.

3. Simulation disclaimer

All trade activity, performance records, watchlist scenarios, and review outputs inside the app are simulated. They do not represent actual market execution, liquidity conditions, transaction costs, slippage, custody outcomes, or investment performance.

Important: XORQBEST is not a broker, exchange, wallet, custodian, advisor, or money service business.

4. No financial advice

Any educational prompts, review tools, market summaries, or informational modules are provided for learning support only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

5. Accounts, content, and conduct

  • Provide accurate information when contacting support or submitting requests.
  • Do not upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, or misleading material.
  • Do not rely on simulated results as a guarantee of live-market outcomes.

6. Availability and updates

We may modify features, educational modules, compatibility requirements, or access methods as the service evolves. Some functions may be paused for maintenance, quality review, or legal compliance adjustments.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XORQBEST and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service, reliance on simulated information, or inability to access the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused, legal obligations require a change, or platform security and integrity are at risk.
